WARRANTY

Warranty coverage only apply to manufacturing faults and not fault / damage due to poor handling of a particular product.

Do note, due to hygiene matters and request by suppliers, certain items from the brands listed below may not have a one to one exchange policy.

REPAIRS

Restoration and Repair Work (A FREE COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE)

Should items fall under the category of  damage due to poor or improper handling, fret not. We will provide a FREE repair service to restore items to a  working condition.

Duration for repairs or replacements varies depending on the brand and the item. Any costs such as replacement parts  that are not covered by the given warranty will be charged to the customer.

*Sports Unlimited will do our best to restore items. However, we will not be liable on items that  cannot be restored/repaired.

*Should you require replacements of certain Spare Parts, it might come at a small cost, while service fees will remain at a ZERO cost. Hence, we advise customers to follow the steps below to make an appointment and fill in the details of the damaged product and our friendly staff will attend to you.

*We follow a Strictly NO WALK-IN POLICY and only accept customers that have made appointments. (We might not have the spare parts or staff required on hand to handle a specific appointment)

  • Do drop us an email regarding the damaged item. (Please include pictures of damaged products, proof of purchase from either our authorised dealers or us)

*This is to ensure that items are deemed repairable before arrangements for the product to be brought down to us.

*We will not be able to provide repair and restoration works for products that were not purchased from our listed agents, overseas or us.

  • If the item is deemed repairable, our kind staff will then arrange to make an appointment with you.
