Return Policy

At Sports Unlimited, our customers’ satisfaction is important to us. Hence we understand the need for us to resolve situations in which what was delivered is not up to expectations. We drafted out the policy with fairness and your interest at heart. Allow us to explain our terms and conditions regarding our return policy.

 

Sports Unlimited will provide refunds and replacements for items that are defective / damaged / Incorrect. Please allow us a 2-3 working days grace.

 

  • Please leave items in the condition as delivered, along with invoices and packaging with tags if any
  • Please follow the steps below within 24 hours of receiving items.
  • After informing us on the need to exchange and return, the actual exchange must be made within 1 week from the date you received the items. Should an urgent exchange be done, we advise customers to drop by our office. Do remember to make arrangements via enquiries@sportsunlimited.com.sg or phone before coming down.
  • Further instructions and details will be disclosed accordingly via phone or email.
  • Please note that we have a STRICT NO walk-ins policy and will only be able to attend to appointment based walk-ins.

  • Order Number (As the Subject Header)
  • Details of the defective and damaged product
  • Serial Number on product packaging and tag
  • Pictures and videos of defective/damaged/incorrect items upon collection.

 

*Please note that minor variations in sizes (within 0.6 inches) is not considered a defect. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screens calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible.

*Goods are only exchangeable if items are returned to us in condition as delivered.

*Items should be accompanied by a receipt and invoices as proof of purchases from our local authorised dealers

* Special ordered items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

*Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

*Please note that items must be unused, unaltered, and with its tags intact.

*Customers requesting for a refund(Based on a case by case basis)  are to take note of the following details

  • For Paynow Transfers, it will take 2 – 3 working days for payments to be refunded.

 

Should we find that the items exchanged were tampered upon its return to us, we seek your understanding in Sports Unlimited voiding the exchange.

Please note that due to hygiene matters, final sale clearance, requests by suppliers, certain items and brands are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Sports Unlimited seeks the help of the customer to facilitate the ordering process. Our helpful sales people are always readily available to assist in product queries. We on our end strive to make our website as informative as possible but should there be instances of products which lack crucial information you require, we appreciate if you could call/email us to clarify before making the purchase.

You can also enter a query on the remarks section upon confirmation of your order and we will look into the enquiry/request and get back to you through a phone call.
