Sports Unlimited does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our centre.
RETURN/EXCHANGE FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Coleman- covers only manufacture fault. Wear and tear of items are not covered.
BIKES- guaranteed against any manufacturing faults, breakage, deformation or malfunction, for a period of 6 MONTHS for “Bicycle Frame” Only from date of purchase (attach receipt as proof)
Condition of application
The guarantee will be fulfilled, provided that:
- The bicycle is presented complete
- The bicycle has been repaired in our workshop
- The bicycle has not been converted or modified
- The original parts have not been replaced by parts not approved by the manufacturer
- Damage is not due to negligence, incorrect use, the user’s lack of experience or bad transport conditions
- The bicycle has been properly maintained
The guarantee does not cover:
- Bicycles used in competitions
- Corrosion
- Effect of ageing on colours
- Professional use
- Fork; rear shock; headset; crank set; bottom bracket; front and rear derailleur; shifters; cog set; chain; hub set; spokes ;rims ;tires ;break set ;brake levers ;pedals ; handle bar; grips; stem; seat post; saddle; brake cables and housing; shifter cables and housing
- Transport charges (collecting and sending back of bicycle from/to customer’s house for/after repair)
*Goods are only exchangeable if items are returned to us in condition as delivered.
*Items should be accompanied by a receipt and invoices as proof of purchases.
*Special ordered items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
*Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
*Please note that items must be in the original selling condition, unused, unaltered, and with its tags intact.
Should we find that the items exchanged were tampered upon its return to us, we seek your understanding in Sports Unlimited voiding the exchange.
Please note that due to hygiene matters, final sale clearance, requests by suppliers, certain items and brands are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
