Will I receive an email invoice?
An invoice will be sent to you once you checkout and payments have been made to the email listed in the checkout page to notify you.
How long will it take for me to receive my orders?
We strive to have orders prepared and sent out as quickly as we can, do note that orders made after 5pm will be processed the following day.
Why is my order cancelled?
We do diligent and stringent quality checks and if your item happens to be the last piece available that failed product standards, we will email and phone you to inform you personally that the particular order for the item will be canceled and refunded.
You can then sign up for a notify-me e letter if you would like to know when the product will be back in stock.
Where do you deliver to?
We are sorry to inform you that we only deliver locally (Singapore)
For international orders please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and our friendly staff will assist you with an order and give advice accordingly on how you will be able to get products in a designated country.
How do i change/cancel my order?

*Do note that refund of payments via paypal will cost 10% of your total bill, please note that this is a chargeable fee to process refunds from paypal.
*For paynow transfers, it might take 2-3 days for payments to be refunded.

What are the delivery charges?
We deliver for free as long as the purchased amount before GST is at least $200(Standard Shipping) & $350(Express Shipping)
